10% discount. A non-refundable prepayment of the full cost of the reservation is required. Take advantage of a special discount. Funds will be debited from your bank card between booking and the day of arrival. The prepayment amount is non-refundable.

Check-in/check-out rules

An identity document must be provided during registration. For citizens of Georgia – a passport of a citizen of Georgia. Please provide a birth certificate when traveling with children under the age of 14.

The bank card used at the time of booking must be provided, otherwise the prepayment will be refunded and a repeat payment will be required.

Check-in time: 15:00.

Check-out time: 12:00.

Description of taxes and additional charges

Taxes: 18% per day, included in the price.

Terms of prepayment/warranty service

The bank card must be valid for the entire period of your stay. An advance payment of 100% of the total booking price is required at the time of booking. If the bank card belongs to a third party, please contact the hotel directly to arrange the payment.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation, as well as in case of no-show, 100% of the total booking price will be charged. Cancellation of a reservation or failure to show up at the hotel will result in the prepayment being withheld. Failure to appear on the day of arrival will result in cancellation of the entire booking.
