Booking at least 15 days before the arrival date. 15% discount. A non-refundable prepayment is required. Take advantage of a special discount when booking 15 days or more before the arrival date. An advance payment in the amount of the full cost of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Funds will be debited from your bank card between booking and the day of arrival. The prepayment amount is non-refundable.

Check-in/check-out rules

An identity document must be provided during registration. For citizens of Georgia – a passport of a citizen of Georgia. Please provide a birth certificate when arriving with children under the age of 14.

The bank card used at the time of booking must be provided, otherwise the prepayment will be refunded and a repeat payment will be required.

Check-in time: 15:00.

Check-out time: 12:00.

Description of taxes and additional charges

Taxes: 18% per day, included in the price.

Prepayment/Guarantee Rules

The bank card must be valid for the entire period of stay. An advance payment of 100% of the total booking price is required upon booking. If the bank card belongs to a third party, contact the hotel directly to arrange the payment.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation, as well as in case of no-show, 100% of the total booking price will be charged. Cancellation of a reservation or no-show at the hotel entails withholding the prepayment. Failure to show up on the day of arrival will result in cancellation of the entire booking.
