The unique technology of national wine-making in Georgia is linked to Qvevri, traditional egg-shaped vessel, the oldest and well-known in the world. You can see 16 of them in hotel Esquisse’s wine cellar. Qvevri is hidden in the ground and used for making and storing wine. In this unique vessel wine is made with ancient Georgian Traditional Method and it gives to wine special color, aroma and taste. In the hotel Esquisse beautiful wine cellar you can find also unique wine gallery with rich assortments of Georgian wine. Every Guest in our hotel will have an opportunity to hear unique history of creating the “drink of Gods” and taste a big variety of red and white wines.

Our conference hall is located on the west side of the hotel and accommodates 100-120 persons. We can organize different kind of room set-ups, Theater style for large sessions that doesn’t require intensive note-taking, Hollow square appropriate for interactive discussions, Classroom style for medium and large-size lectures, U-shape and T-shape styles for groups. Our meeting room is surrounded with a beautiful wine lobby and seating area, where conference participants can relax during the breaks and enjoy with coffee break, lunch and dinner.
