An identity document must be provided during registration. For citizens of Georgia – a passport of a citizen of Georgia. Please provide a birth certificate when arriving with children under the age of 14.

Taxes: 18% VAT per day, included in the price.

Prepayment/Warranty Policy

A bank card guarantee valid for the entire period of your stay is required. The hotel reserves the right to pre-block funds on the bank card. No prepayment is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the reservation before 15:00 (local time of the hotel) the day before arrival does not incur a charge. Canceling your reservation after 15:00 (local time of the hotel) the day before arrival or failure to show up at the hotel will result in a deduction from your bank card of the cost of one night's stay. Additional taxes may apply. Failure to appear on the day of arrival will result in cancellation of the entire booking.
